JBMOnboard360 / CRM with help desk

CRM with ticketing system

A CRM with help desk built in, not bolted on.

JBMOnboard360 is a CRM with a help desk and ticketing system in the same product. Every case, SLA clock and escalation sits on the client record, next to their appointments, invoices, forms and conversations. One login, one bill and one client history.

What a CRM with a help desk actually means

Most small businesses run customer service on two tools: a CRM for clients and leads, and a separate help desk for tickets. The two rarely agree. A client calls about an invoice, and the agent has to open the CRM to see who they are, the billing tool to see the invoice, and the help desk to log the case. Notes get typed twice. History ends up split in half.

A CRM with a ticketing system removes the split. In JBMOnboard360 the case is created on the client record, so the person handling it sees everything at once:

  • Who the client is: profile, notes, files, forms and past conversations.
  • What they've bought and booked: appointments, invoices, discounts and prepaid cards.
  • What's open: cases with priority, an SLA clock and an owner.
  • What happened last time: resolved cases, CSAT scores and AI summaries of calls and meetings.

That's what buyers mean by a "CRM for customer service". The service team works from the same record the front desk and the account manager use.

What one product removes

1. Double data entry

With two tools, a new client is created in the CRM, then again in the help desk, often with a different spelling. Fields drift. With one product there is one record. A case can't exist without a client to hang it on.

2. Two bills and two renewals

Two vendors means two price lists, two seat counts and two renewal dates, each with its own "surprisingly considered add-ons". One product means one invoice and one place to check what you pay for.

3. Case history cut off from the client

When cases live in a separate help desk, the account manager can't see that a client raised three complaints last month before they call about a renewal. In one product the case history is part of the client record, and anyone with access sees it.

4. Context switching for the agent

Agents stop switching between apps and scattered tabs. They answer with the full picture, and macros fill in the routine replies.

The help desk inside the CRM

Everything a support team needs, on the client record

Cases with SLAs

Priorities P1 to P4 with response and resolution targets, so everyone sees what's due next.

Escalation

Cases move from Tier 1 to Tier 2 to a manager, with the trail kept on the case.

Macros and knowledge base

Canned replies for routine questions, and articles the AI assistant answers from.

CSAT

A satisfaction score on every resolved case, reported by agent and by location.

Requests and changes

New users, menu changes and equipment requests, plus changes with approval steps, a rollback plan and a scheduled window.

Free requesters

Team members who raise cases are free. You pay for the agents who work them.

The cost math: a CRM plus help desk pair vs one product

Take a single-location business with 8 people who use the CRM, 3 of whom also handle support. Here is what each setup costs per month at the prices the vendors published, checked on October 20, 2026.

SetupCRM sideHelp desk sidePer monthFirst year
Mid-tier pair: HubSpot Sales Hub Professional + Zendesk Suite Professional8 × $90 = $720, plus a $1,500 onboarding fee3 × $115 = $345$1,065$14,280
Budget pair: HubSpot Sales Hub Starter + Zendesk Suite Team8 × $20 = $1603 × $55 = $165$325$3,900
JBMOnboard360 BusinessOne location, unlimited users, help desk with SLAs included$399$4,788

Prices per seat or agent per month. HubSpot from hubspot.com/pricing/sales, as of October 2026: the page shows $90 and $100 for Professional and $7 and $20 for Starter without labelling which is annual; we used $90 (marked "commit annually") and $20 (the figure without the new-customer promotion). Zendesk annual prices from zendesk.com/pricing, as of October 2026. JBMOnboard360 Business is $399 billed annually or $499 with monthly billing.

Read the table honestly. A budget pair of entry plans can cost less than JBMOnboard360 Business at this size. Two things change the picture:

  • Headcount. Business is one price per location with unlimited users. Add four more staff and the budget pair grows by $80 a month; Business stays at $399. Mid-tier pairs grow by $90 or more per person.
  • A BAA. If you handle protected health information, both sides of the pair need a Business Associate Agreement. HubSpot requires an Enterprise tier for sensitive health data (HubSpot knowledge base), and Zendesk requires Suite Professional or Enterprise plus its Advanced Compliance add-on (Zendesk help center), both as of October 2026. JBMOnboard360 includes a BAA on every plan. See our HIPAA-ready help desk page for the detail.

Which JBMOnboard360 plan fits

  • Business, $399 per location per month ($499 monthly): the CRM, scheduling, invoicing, team chat, lead inbox, AI WhatsApp concierge and the help desk with SLAs, for unlimited users at one location.
  • Enterprise, from $349 per location per month for 10 or more locations, billed annually: everything in Business at every location, plus a Support CRM for headquarters with 5 agent seats. See CRM for franchises.
  • Support CRM on its own, $115 per agent per month ($139 monthly): only the help desk, if you want to keep your current CRM for now.

Professional ($79 per user) covers clients, scheduling, invoicing, forms and team chat. It doesn't list the help desk, so pick Business if you want both.

When a separate help desk is still the better choice

One product isn't right for everyone. Keep a dedicated help desk if:

  • You run a large contact center with voice queues, workforce management or dozens of channels. Tools like Zendesk are built for that scale (see our Zendesk alternative comparison for a fair view).
  • Your sales team lives in a CRM with deep pipeline forecasting and a large integration marketplace you depend on.
  • You need card payments, SMS or memberships in the same tool. JBMOnboard360 doesn't offer those in the US today: it sends invoices and tracks payments, and its AI concierge works on WhatsApp, not SMS.

Questions

CRM with help desk: common questions

Is there a long-term contract?

You choose. Annual plans are a 12-month commitment at the lower annual price, and your price is locked for the term. Monthly plans cost more, and you can cancel them at any time.

What is a CRM with a ticketing system?

It's a CRM where support cases are created and worked on the client record itself, so the agent sees the client's history, appointments and invoices while handling the case. In JBMOnboard360 that includes SLAs, escalation, macros, a knowledge base and CSAT.

Is a CRM with a help desk cheaper than two tools?

It depends on headcount. At one location with 8 users and 3 agents, a budget pair of entry plans costs about $325 a month and JBMOnboard360 Business costs $399. A mid-tier pair costs about $1,065. Because Business has unlimited users at one location, it gets relatively cheaper as you add staff.

Can I keep my current CRM and use only the help desk?

Yes. Support CRM on its own is $115 per agent per month billed annually, or $139 monthly. Team members who raise cases are free.

Do the people who raise cases need a paid seat?

No. Team members who raise cases are free. You pay for the agents who work the cases.

Can we move existing clients and tickets over?

Data migration is included on Enterprise. On other plans the team walks you through importing, and after the free consultation we set up a trial account with your own data.
