JBMOnboard360 / CRM for salons
CRM for salons
A salon CRM for groups that have outgrown one location.
JBMOnboard360 is a CRM for salons with two or more locations. Every client's notes, formulas, forms and history live in one record instead of on stylists' phones, each salon has its own team and dashboard, and the owner sees all of them. It is not a payments or POS system; keep your booking and checkout tool for that.

Salon CRM vs salon booking app: which one you need
Most "salon software" is a booking and payments app: online booking, card on file, checkout, SMS reminders, memberships and retail. Vagaro, Boulevard and GlossGenius do that well. A salon CRM is the layer around it: who your clients are, what they had done, which leads haven't been called back, and what your team and locations need from each other.
Be clear about what JBMOnboard360 doesn't do in the US today: no card payments, no memberships or packages, and no SMS or text reminders. It sends invoices, applies discounts and prepaid cards, and tracks payments, but it does not process cards. If one location and a smooth checkout is all you need, a booking app is the better buy. If you run several salons and the problems are scattered client notes, staff turnover, lost enquiries and no single view, read on.
What it does for a salon group
Client records that stay when stylists leave
One client record
Every client, lead, note, file and conversation in one profile, with custom fields for the things your salons track. When a stylist moves on, the client history stays with the business.
Scheduling
Schedules for the team, rooms and services, with booking requests, so each salon sees its own day and the owner sees all of them.
Intake and consultation forms
Consultation, patch-test and feedback forms with QR codes for the front desk. Answers land on the client record. See our client intake form template.
Team chat
Messaging plus audio and video calls between salons and HQ, instead of a personal group text. Meeting summaries save to the record.
Help desk between salons and HQ
Salons raise cases and requests: a broken dryer, a new staff login, a price change. HQ works them with SLAs. Staff who raise cases are free.
WhatsApp enquiries
If your clients already message you on WhatsApp, the AI concierge answers their questions about prices and hours from your own knowledge base, books a callback and hands over to a person. It doesn't send SMS or answer calls.

Use this as a field list for your CRM, whatever you choose. In JBMOnboard360 you build these with the custom record and form builder.
Pricing
Salon CRM pricing with unlimited staff per location
Salon teams change often, and per-user pricing grows every time you hire. The Business plan is $399 per location per month billed annually, or $499 monthly, with unlimited users at that location. The Professional plan is $79 per user per month billed annually ($99 monthly), which suits very small teams.
Worked example: a group of 3 salons with 12 people each. On per-user pricing, 36 users × $79 = $2,844 a month. On Business, 3 × $399 = $1,197 a month, billed annually, however many stylists you add. Business costs less than Professional once a location has six or more users. Groups with 10 or more salons move to Enterprise, from $349 per location; see the CRM for franchises page for the math.

Can you use both?
Some groups keep their booking and checkout app at the front desk and use JBMOnboard360 for client records, intake, the lead inbox, team chat and the help desk between salons and HQ. We don't claim an integration with any salon booking app, so ask in the consultation how your data would move. Comparing enterprise salon platforms? Read our fair Zenoti alternative comparison. Questions
Salon CRM questions
What is a salon CRM?
A salon CRM keeps every client's details, visit history, formulas, notes and forms in one record, tracks new enquiries until someone follows up, and shows how each location is doing. A booking app handles the appointment and payment; a CRM handles the relationship around it.
Does JBMOnboard360 take card payments or sell memberships?
Not in the US yet. It sends invoices, applies discounts and prepaid cards, and tracks payments, but it does not process cards or run memberships and packages. Keep your payments provider for those.
Does it send text message reminders?
No. JBMOnboard360 does not send SMS in the US today. Its AI concierge answers clients who message the salon on WhatsApp, which suits salons whose clients already use WhatsApp.
How much does a salon CRM cost?
JBMOnboard360 Business is $399 per location per month billed annually, or $499 monthly, with unlimited users at that location. Professional is $79 per user per month billed annually for small teams.
Will client records stay with the salon if a stylist leaves?
Yes. Client records belong to the business, not to a stylist's phone. Access is set by role, so you can remove a departing team member without losing any client history.
