JBMOnboard360 / CRM for agencies
Agency CRM for client service
A CRM for agencies that look after clients, not just leads.
JBMOnboard360 is a CRM for agencies that manage client accounts: marketing, creative, IT, staffing and other service agencies. Each client gets one record with intake, call summaries, requests with response targets, invoices and a lifecycle stage. It is not a white-label marketing platform, and the page below explains who should use one instead.
Two kinds of agency CRM
Agency CRM: are you running funnels or running accounts?
Search for "agency CRM" and you'll mostly find platforms built for agencies that resell marketing automation. They offer funnels, landing pages, SMS and email campaigns, and white-label sub-accounts for each client. GoHighLevel is the best-known of these, and it's good at that job.
Many agencies have a different problem. They aren't reselling software. They're delivering a service to 10 to 100 clients and need to know, at any moment:
- What did we promise this client on the last call?
- Which client requests are open, and which are overdue?
- Who on the team owns this account?
- Has this month's invoice gone out, and has it been paid?
- Which clients are at risk of leaving?
That's client-service work, and it's what JBMOnboard360 is built for. If your agency sells funnels and texting to clients under your brand, read our honest GoHighLevel alternative comparison first. It explains when GoHighLevel is the better tool.
What you get
CRM for marketing agencies and service agencies
One record per client
Contacts, notes, files, conversations, forms, appointments and invoices for each client account in one profile.
Client onboarding intake
Build onboarding forms for logins, brand assets, goals and contacts. Answers land on the client record instead of in an email thread.
Calls with AI summaries
Hold client calls in team chat. The AI summary and action items save to the client automatically.
Client requests with SLAs
Log every "quick favor" as a case with a priority, a response target and an owner, with escalation from Tier 1 to Tier 2 to manager.
Changes with approval
Changes to a client's site or setup can go through approval steps, with a rollback plan and a scheduled window.
Invoices and lifecycle
Invoices, discounts and payment tracking, plus lifecycle tracking for each client.
Example SLA
A client request SLA you can copy
Agencies lose clients over unanswered small requests far more often than over big projects. Publish response targets like these to clients and run them as help desk priorities.
| Priority | Example | First response | Target resolution |
|---|---|---|---|
| P1 Urgent | Client site down, ad account suspended, wrong price live | 1 business hour | Same business day |
| P2 High | Campaign or launch blocked, broken form | 4 business hours | 2 business days |
| P3 Normal | Copy edit, new landing page section, report question | 1 business day | 5 business days |
| P4 Low | Idea, nice-to-have, next-quarter request | 2 business days | Planned in next monthly review |
Example targets only. Set your own in your contracts. More templates are in help desk SLA examples.
Price
What an agency CRM costs on JBMOnboard360
Our US prices are published:
- Professional: $79 per user per month billed annually ($99 monthly). A four-person agency pays 4 × $79 = $316 a month.
- Business: $399 per location per month billed annually ($499 monthly), with unlimited users at that office. A 12-person agency in one office pays $399 instead of 12 × $79 = $948.
- Support CRM on its own: $115 per agent per month billed annually ($139 monthly) if you only want the help desk. Team members who raise cases are free.
Agency owners usually come to us after adding up their stack: a CRM, a note-taker, a chat tool, a form builder, invoicing and a help desk. JBMOnboard360 can replace several of those. We'll go through your list in the consultation and tell you which tools it replaces and which you should keep. If you sign a healthcare client that needs a Business Associate Agreement, it's included on every plan. You won't need an add-on.
Fit
When JBMOnboard360 is not the right agency CRM
- You white-label software for clients. JBMOnboard360 doesn't offer white-label sub-accounts or rebranding. GoHighLevel and similar platforms do.
- You build funnels and run SMS or email campaigns for clients. We don't offer funnels, landing pages, email marketing or SMS in the US.
- You need a full project management tool. We track client requests, changes and approvals, but we're not a replacement for task boards, Gantt charts or time tracking. Keep your project tool for that.
- You need proposals, e-signatures or card payments. We send invoices and track payments, but we don't process US card payments or collect signatures.
- You need a branded client portal. We don't list one today.
It's a strong fit for agencies that deliver ongoing service, field client requests every day and want one place for the relationship. Independent advisors can read CRM for consultants, and teams comparing help desks can read CRM with help desk.
Questions
CRM for agencies: buyer questions
What is the best CRM for a marketing agency?
It depends on what you sell. Agencies that resell funnels, SMS and white-label software usually choose a platform like GoHighLevel. Agencies that deliver ongoing services need client records, call notes, request tracking and invoicing, which is what JBMOnboard360 focuses on.
Is JBMOnboard360 a white-label platform?
No. JBMOnboard360 is used by your own team to manage clients. It does not offer white-label sub-accounts that you resell under your brand.
How do agencies track client requests?
Log each request as a help desk case with a priority, an owner and a response target. JBMOnboard360 supports SLAs, escalation from Tier 1 to Tier 2 to manager, macros and CSAT on resolved cases.
How much does an agency CRM cost?
JBMOnboard360 is $79 per user per month billed annually, or $399 per office per month with unlimited users. The help desk on its own is $115 per agent per month billed annually.
Can we take on healthcare clients?
Yes. A Business Associate Agreement is included on every JBMOnboard360 plan. US data is hosted on AWS in the United States and encrypted in transit and at rest. Your own policies still matter, so check with your compliance advisor.
