JBMOnboard360 / CRM for franchises

Franchise CRM

A franchise CRM that shows HQ every location in one view.

JBMOnboard360 is a franchise CRM for the units themselves: each location runs its own clients, team, schedule and dashboard, and headquarters sees every location, case and opening from one desk. Enterprise starts at $349 per location per month and includes an HQ help desk with 5 agent seats.

The short answer

What a franchise CRM should do, and which kind this is

Search for "franchise CRM" and you will find three different products sharing one name. A franchise development CRM tracks people who might buy a franchise. Franchise management software handles the franchisor's paperwork, such as disclosure documents, royalties and field audits. A unit-level CRM runs the business inside each location: clients, appointments, invoices and follow-up.

JBMOnboard360 is the third kind, with the HQ tools a brand needs on top. Each location gets its own team, data and dashboard. Headquarters gets one view across all of them, a help desk for franchisee requests, and a plan for every new opening. If you need to recruit franchisees or calculate royalties, read the "what it doesn't do" section below first.

HQ and location, side by side

One view for HQ. Local control for every location.

Brand standards and local autonomy pull in opposite directions. The way through is clear separation: each unit owns its day, and HQ sees the whole picture.

What headquarters sees

  • Every location in one list, with open cases, openings and health at a glance.
  • Brand-wide dashboards for revenue, leads, appointments and support.
  • Account 360 for each location: its account manager, health score, contacts and full history.
  • Every franchisee case, request and change, with SLA clocks and escalation.
  • Onboarding plans for each new opening, from kickoff to go-live.

What each location gets

  • Its own team, client records, schedule and dashboard.
  • Unlimited users at that location: front desk, managers and staff.
  • Intake and feedback forms with QR codes, invoices and payment tracking.
  • A lead inbox with follow-up reminders and a daily list of who needs a call.
  • A free way to raise cases and requests to HQ instead of email threads.

The franchise management tools inside the CRM

Account 360 per location

One record per unit with its account manager, a health score from 0 to 100, its contacts, open cases and a timeline of every change. You can see at a glance which locations need a visit.

HQ help desk

Franchisees raise cases, requests and changes. HQ works them with SLAs and escalation from Tier 1 to Tier 2 to manager. Location staff who raise cases are free. See the franchise help desk.

New-location openings

Apply your opening template and every task is assigned and dated, from kickoff to go-live. Read how location onboarding plans work, with a free checklist.

Lead follow-up at every unit

Every lead gets a reminder, managers get a daily digest, and each lead closes with a won or lost reason HQ can compare across locations.

WhatsApp enquiries

The AI concierge answers people who message the location on WhatsApp, from your approved knowledge base, then books a callback and hands over to a person. It does not answer phone calls or send SMS.

Team chat and HR basics

Messaging plus audio and video calls between HQ and locations, AI meeting summaries saved to the record, and leave requests with monthly attendance.

Published pricing

Franchise CRM pricing, worked out for 10, 25 and 50 locations

Most franchise platforms are quote-only. Ours is on the pricing page. Enterprise is for 10 or more locations, starts at $349 per location per month, is billed annually, and includes the Support CRM for HQ with 5 agent seats, Account 360, onboarding plans, brand-wide dashboards, and dedicated onboarding with data migration.

LocationsPer month, fromPer year, fromHQ help desk seats included
10$3,490$41,8805
25$8,725$104,7005
50$17,450$209,4005

Math: locations × $349 × 12. "From" is the published starting rate; your written quote confirms the final rate. Volume pricing applies above 50 locations. Every user at every location is included, so the cost does not rise when a unit hires.

At 25 locations, Enterprise starts at $8,725 per month ($104,700 a year), billed annually.

Under 10 locations, the Business plan applies: $399 per location per month billed annually, or $499 monthly, with unlimited users at each location. The HQ help desk can be added as Support CRM at $115 per agent per month billed annually ($139 monthly).

What this franchise CRM doesn't do

Franchise systems run on more than a CRM. Here is what JBMOnboard360 does not handle today, so you can plan the rest of your stack honestly.

  • FDD management and franchise sales. There is no disclosure-document workflow or franchisee recruitment pipeline. Development teams usually use a dedicated franchise sales CRM.
  • Royalty calculation and collection. JBM reports revenue per location, but it does not calculate, invoice or collect royalties or ad-fund contributions.
  • Field audits and inspections. There are no audit scorecards or mobile inspection checklists. You can log findings as cases or requests, but it is not an audit tool.
  • US card payments, memberships and SMS. Locations send invoices and track payments, but JBM does not process cards, sell memberships or send text messages in the US yet.

Tools such as FranConnect, Naranga and Operandio cover parts of the franchisor's side. Many brands run one of them for development and compliance, and JBMOnboard360 for the locations, the HQ help desk and openings. Bring your current setup to the consultation and we will tell you plainly what JBM can replace and what it should sit next to.

Who JBMOnboard360 fits

  • Service brands with 10 to a few hundred locations: salons and spas, wellness and med spa groups, clinics, fitness studios, and education franchises.
  • Ops teams that support franchisees by email and spreadsheet today and want cases, requests and openings in one place.
  • Brands where location staff change often, so per-user pricing keeps growing. Unlimited users per location fixes that.
  • Health and wellness brands that need a BAA. One is included on every plan. Read about our HIPAA-ready CRM.

Questions

Franchise CRM questions we hear most

Is there a long-term contract?

You choose. Annual plans are a 12-month commitment at the lower annual price, and your price is locked for the term. Monthly plans cost more, and you can cancel them at any time. Enterprise brands (10+ locations) can save 10% with a 2-year or 20% with a 3-year agreement.

How is a franchise CRM different from a standard CRM?

A standard CRM assumes one team and one set of data. A franchise CRM separates each location's team, clients and dashboard, while giving headquarters a single view across all of them. JBMOnboard360 adds an HQ help desk, Account 360 per location and opening plans on top.

Can franchisees see each other's data?

No. Each location has its own team, data and dashboard. Headquarters roles see across locations; location staff see their own.

Will franchisees actually adopt it?

Adoption is easier when the tool runs the location's own day, such as clients, scheduling, forms and follow-up, rather than only reporting up to HQ. Raising a case is free for location staff, so nobody needs a paid seat to ask HQ for help.

How much does a franchise CRM cost per location?

JBMOnboard360 Enterprise starts at $349 per location per month, billed annually, for 10 or more locations. That is $41,880 a year for 10 locations, and it includes 5 HQ help desk seats and unlimited users at each location.

Do you migrate our data?

Yes. Dedicated onboarding and data migration are included on Enterprise. After the free consultation we set up a trial with your own data.

Does it handle royalties or FDDs?

No. JBMOnboard360 does not manage disclosure documents, franchise sales or royalty collection. It runs the locations, HQ support and new openings, and it can sit alongside a franchise development or compliance tool.
